Refund Policy for Zia shirts

Overview At Zia Shirts,

we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for addressing issues with your order.

 

  Refund Eligibility - Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

- **Lost in Transit**: If your order is lost during shipping and never arrives at its destination.

- **Wrong Product**: If you receive a different item than what was ordered.

- **Damaged Upon Receipt**: If the item is damaged when you receive it.

 

  Notification To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (as indicated by the shipping carrier) if your product is lost, incorrect, or damaged. Please contact us at contact@ziashirts.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

 

  Process Upon receiving your refund request, we will investigate the issue with the third-party carrier and determine the eligibility for a refund. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

  Exclusions Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.

- Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

- Items that have been used, altered, or washed.
